(London, UK) April 30, 2020 – Strata Health has tremendous respect for those who devote themselves to caring for others. We have empathy for those who need care, and as an entrusted partner to the NHS and Health and Social Care we have listened and responded to their needs at this most challenging of times.

Recently, their Integrated Joint Board approved Strata as their “Business As Usual Solution,” which would allow them to deliver critical, effective change in their Discharge Transformation Programme. The goal of this engagement is to rapidly assist with the operational and service change requirement. Through our global insights in patient flow and digital excellence and the local expertise of Ms. McGuire, we aim to support and add value directly within the organisation while maintaining the core values of NHS Borders.
We have agreed to use NHS Borders as an exemplar model for this value-based collaborative approach to change. Once refined, we anticipate that this unique service could be made available to other IJB’s and trusts, helping to build value-based relationships and integrated models of service across health and social care.
