Strata Health is honored to have been selected as a top finalist for the 2010 Canadian Health Informatics Project Implementation Team Award.

The winning finalist will be announced at the Canadian Health Informatics Awards Gala in Toronto on November 18th, 2010. The CHIA Gala recognizes the contributions and achievements of individuals and companies in the efficient use of information technology to improve the health of all Canadians.

Since its inception in 2007, Resource Matching and eReferral has been successfully implemented across 52 organizations spanning Acute Care, Rehab/CCC, CCAC and LTC in the TC LHIN with over 17,000 active users. To date, over 20,000 clients have been successfully placed through the Strata PathWays product in the TC LHIN.
