•     Strong privacy and security processes supporting both clients’ and internal security requirements established under relevant privacy legislation
•     Robust and situation appropriate application service level agreements
•     Scalability for individual or partnering health jurisdictions
•     Interfaces with the electronic health record, using an extensive array of integration methods or other appropriate technologies
•     Custom development of interfaces with legacy information systems

Incorporating client feedback serves to continually improve the Strata PathWays™ suite. In addition, the majority of product innovation comes from piloting new solutions with existing customers. This allows Strata Health to leverage its health system partners' clinical and operational knowledge in order to strengthen its technical expertise in order to deliver best of breed health solutions.

A significant portion of Strata Health's research and development resources are used to increase Strata PathWays™ applicability in care streams that extend past traditional facility or home-based programs.
