ROLE DESCRIPTION


This is a full time position reporting to the Manager of Client Services.

As a knowledge expert, the Support Analyst works closely with the client services, development, business development and quality assurance teams throughout the regular development cycle to escalate client development priorities and raise awareness of software deficiencies and development opportunities. Special projects are often assigned to the Software Support Analyst which may involve occasional travel to client sites, investigation & analysis of data and client report development. The Support Analyst duties will include:

  • Acting as a knowledge expert for the Strata Health product suite
  • Administering Tier 1 & 2 support activities such as answering usage questions and troubleshooting reported software problems.
  • Proactively working with clients to verify software and/or network behavior.
  • Maintaining and tracking all client related activities in Support Force database
  • Support 24/7 call centre operation via telephone pager
  • Preparing ad-hoc reports via SQL as requested by the client. knowledge of SQL is not mandatory, just a willingness to learn!
  • Preparing and maintaining client software databases.
