These are recommended as one-time change management projects are led by Strata Health consultants ensuring a ‘best practice deployment of PathWays™ on target with your health jurisdictions service delivery model goals:              

Scoping Studies: 

Establishing the manner in which Strata PathWays™ can be configured to support and enable applicable legislation, policies and practices related to long-term care placement;

Establishing the how, where and degree to which Strata PathWays™ aligns and integrates with your current operational and electronic health initiatives

Providing an assessment of readiness for adoption with related timelines for implementation by considering the impact and magnitude of change within your region.

The Study includes focus groups with all key stakeholders including Acute; IT; Finance & Provider teams as directed. This study requires 2 weeks field work + final report presentation which becomes customer property upon completion.

Privacy Impact Assessment:                 

This important undertaking is typically required to be driven by the jurisdictions Privacy Office with Strata Health technical support as required. A PIA is a process that assists customers determine whether new technologies, information systems and initiatives meet basic privacy requirements. It also assists organizations to anticipate the public's reaction to any privacy implications of said systems and as a result, act as prevention to application , service, or process redesign.

PathWays™ Configuration: 

PathWays™ business rules and functionality are configured specifically for the multiple care types specified to the unique policy and service delivery model detailed by the Project Charter with server set and network gear launched within the Tier 1 Hosting environment.

Change Management Leadership:          

Strata Health consultants provide phased on-site hands-on training of impacted Acute & Provider clinicians; clerical and management staff including support material (e-user manuals & ‘at a glance’ user references).
