Don Schick has held senior roles with multinationals including Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo and Boise Cascade Corporation. He also co-founded Carlyle Computer Products, which was twice named one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies™.

Don has been a guest lecturer at Simon Fraser University and at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He has addressed the Canadian COACH eHealth Conference, the UK Trade eHealth Expo at Cambridge University, and the Australian National eHealth Symposium in Brisbane.

Don founded Strata Health in 2001 and committed the company to the integration of web-based technology with patient flow best practice. The result has been the Strata PathWays™ suite of solutions, now entrusted by health jurisdictions around the world.

From the initial days of Strata Health’s groundbreaking approach to patient flow management, Darren Jones has been the architect of the software that runs Strata PathWays™. In Canadian and UK health regions, he has authored several studies focused on patient flow inefficiencies. His dialogue with customers’ executive and front line clinicians has helped position Strata Health as the global thought leader in its industry. The unique ability of Darren and his team to successfully capture and then transfer the practical needs of the client community into complex technology development is a fundamental driver of Strata Health’s success.

Darren Jones holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of British Columbia.

Clint Schick brings more than 15 years of business development, integration and logistics experience to his role as leader of Strata Health’s global client relationships. Clint and his team communicate with — and align Strata Health with the different needs of — clients at both the executive and front line levels, and then over-deliver to their expectations.

Preceding his tenure at Strata Health, Clint held senior management roles with multinational organizations including William Neilson/Cadbury’s, SC Johnson, Dairyworld Foods and Saputo Inc. As Director of International Business at Dairyworld Foods, Clint increased the company’s global business exposure from five countries to more than 20, and was directly responsible for nine strategic business units that delivered combined revenue of C$200 million.

Clint is a recent graduate of Oxford University’s program in Continuing Professional Development, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Manitoba.

Kevin Jones is Strata Health’s leader in front line customer service and software implementations.  Since joining Strata Health in 2003, Kevin has spearheaded multiple implementations both nationally and internationally spending notable time in the United Kingdom. His breadth of knowledge of the Strata PathWays™ software that is rivaled by few others, and he combines this wealth of technical know-how with an expertise in service delivery to ensure that Strata Health customers receive the high level of customer service that they have come to expect.

Kevin heads the client services team who work as the face of Strata Health, interacting with people at all levels within health care organizations through training, support and implementations. His core values of integrity, accountability and hard work set the tone for the services provided by his department.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science from the University College of the Cariboo.

As Vice President - Business Development, Americas, Daniela brings over 15 years experience working in senior leadership roles in the clinical, operational and business development fields of the health care system. Since joining Strata Health in 2007, Daniela has leveraged her extensive sales experience and knowledge of the health care system to drive business development activities and forging strong relationships across North America. Daniela is known for her finesse at understanding customer’s clinical and business needs and managing complex business opportunities.

Prior to joining Strata Health, Daniela held senior management roles with health care organizations including the Victorian Order of Nurses, the College of Dietitians of Ontario and has also worked for the York Region CCAC.

Daniela holds a Bachelor of Science (BioPsychology) from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Science (Nutrition) from Western University. She is in the process of completing Advanced Leadership certification from the University of Toronto.

As Executive Director of Finance, Sheila is responsible for all aspects of Strata’s financial management including reporting, planning & analysis, and finance operations. She participates as a member of the Strata Health Executive Team where she provides critical financial insights relating to future prospects and corporate business development.

Prior to joining Strata Health in 2010, Sheila held several senior roles with a variety of private and public companies, including three software development firms. Her roles required a broad range of experience including corporate finance, management consulting, and software sales. Her experience also includes six years of service as Corporate Controller of NORPAC Controls Ltd ending in 2009.

Sheila earned her Executive MBA from Simon Fraser University in 2007. She is a Certified Management Accountant, and holds a Certified Public Accountant (Delaware) designation in the United States.
