General Duties:• Hold responsibility for development and execution of the Strata Health technology plan and budget as a component of the overall company direction and budget. • Coordinate product development, internal development, network administration, and network support to deliver a stable and innovative Strata PathWays solution to our customers.• Work with a senior management team, including Client Services, Business Development and Finance to:
a. Develop strategy and resolve issues.
b. Be a point of escalation for project and product issues.
c. Ensure applicability of Strata PathWays in the Canadian, UK, and US markets.
d. Continuously improve our software product and service solutions.
e. Establish and execute a research and development plan that supports both new and existing product markets.
f. Ensure best possible pricing and financing options on the acquisition of technology-based capital expenditures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the technical directors and CIO’s in our customers, and potential customer organizations.• Promote an environment of continuous improvement in development, network administration, privacy, and security.
• Promote an environment of learning where technical staff are continuously improving their professional abilities.
• Mentor and manage Strata Health Technical Managers and Directors.
Specific Projects: • Support our Director of Privacy and Security in continuing to implement ISO 27001.• Work with Client Services, and Network Administration to implement ITIL in appropriate areas with Strata Health Solutions to support contractual obligations. • Work with the Development Manager to implement Human Factors as a standard part of Strata Health’s product development process.
Qualifications: • 7+ years leadership experience in the software industry with experience overseeing / mentoring staff and managing internal budgets at a Director or Vice President level • Experience in creating and delivering SaaS applications • Bachelors degree in an appropriate area of study • Strong oral & written communication and presentation skills• Ability to focus on outcomes and service excellence• Enthusiastic work ethic with ability to translate broad instructions into successful outcomes
• Capable of building and maintaining positive professional relationships both internally and externally with C-Level executives • Knowledge of Health Informatics and Health Care domain knowledge would be an asset

Role Description: As a knowledge expert, the Software Support Analyst works closely with the client services, development, business development and quality assurance teams to escalate client development priorities and raise awareness of software deficiencies and development opportunities. Special projects are often assigned to the Software Support Analyst which may involve occasional travel to client sites, investigation & analysis of data and client report development. Duties will include: • Acting as a knowledge expert for the Strata Health product suite • Administering Tier 1-3 support activities such as answering usage questions and troubleshooting reported software problems
• Proactively working with clients to verify software and/or network behaviour.
• Preparing ad-hoc reports via SQL as requested by the client. Knowledge of SQL is not mandatory, just a willingness to learn!

Role Description:Strata Health Solutions is actively seeking junior, intermediate and experienced software developers to contribute to our growing library of patient flow software. Our candidate will work closely with several groups within our close-knit company including client services, business development and network administration to gather and present requirements, understand problems and implement solutions that build upon and improve our patient flow applications. Candidates will also have to opportunity to participate in site visits and usability testing to gain firsthand understanding of the impacts we have on daily workflow.
